Who we are
Garage Reframe (“we”) is a garage design, planning and organization studio operated by Juschin Labs, based in Brentwood, California. Contact: hello@garagereframe.com.
What we collect
Information you give us: name, email, phone number, city or ZIP code, garage photos, descriptions of your garage, goals, budget ranges, messages in the Design Studio, and payment-related records (never full card numbers, which are handled by a payment provider when payments are enabled). Information collected automatically: approximate location from your IP address for territory routing, device and browser type, pages visited, and security signals used to prevent abuse. We use essential cookies only (a session cookie and security cookies from Cloudflare).
How we use it
To run the Design Studio and your project record; to generate concept renders of your garage; to prepare plans, product lists and contractor introductions; to verify your phone number; to prevent fraud and abuse; to respond to your messages; and, with your consent, to send project updates and marketing by SMS or email.
Service providers that process your data
Cloudflare (hosting, storage, security, analytics); OpenAI (processing Design Studio conversations to generate the assistant’s replies — we send only what is needed for your request, and API data is not used to train OpenAI models by default); Higgsfield (processing your garage photos to generate concept renders); an SMS provider for verification codes and consented messages; and a payment provider when payments are enabled. Each provider processes data only to provide its service to us.
AI disclosure
The Design Studio assistant is an automated AI assistant run by Garage Reframe. You can request a person at any time, and a person reviews plans, quotes and approvals.
Photos and retention
Garage photos and generated renders are stored privately on Cloudflare R2, are never published without your written permission, and are automatically deleted 12 months after upload unless you ask us to delete them sooner or legal retention requires otherwise. You can download your photos and renders from the Studio. Conversation and project records are kept while your account is active and for up to 3 years after your last activity for support and legal purposes.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, download or delete your information by emailing hello@garagereframe.com from the address on your account, or by asking in the Studio. We will verify your identity before acting. California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act; we honor requests regardless of whether the law applies to us. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not respond to Do Not Track signals because we do not track you across other sites.
SMS
By providing your phone number and requesting a verification code you agree to receive a one-time code by SMS. Marketing and project-update texts are sent only with separate consent; reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Children
Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, stored on Cloudflare infrastructure, protected by access controls, and uploads are limited and scanned by type and size. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at hello@garagereframe.com if you believe your data has been compromised.
Changes
We will post changes here with a new date. Material changes will be announced in the Studio.
