Garage Cleanout & Junk Removal

Garage cleanout and junk removal, planned so you only pay for the truck once

Bay Area haulers price by truck volume: roughly $400–$600 for half a truck and $600–$1,100 for a full truck (2025–2026 published averages, before East Bay surcharges). A labor-only cleanout of a two-car garage runs $250–$600.

Ranges are published third-party and retailer figures observed October 2026, not quotes. Your contractors set the price; see the cost guide.

Most cleanouts waste money because the sort happens on the driveway while the truck idles. We plan the sort first: keep, donate, recycle, e-waste, hazardous (paint, batteries, propane) and haul. Contra Costa and Alameda county household hazardous-waste programs take the paint and chemicals for free; the hauler only takes what the hauler should.

Then we estimate the load in truck fractions, so your quotes compare like for like, and schedule the haul the day before shelving arrives — never after.

Cleanout coordination is part of Signature, Complete and White Glove. The hauler is a licensed, insured company you hire directly; we prepare the load estimate and the sort plan.
