Refund Policy

Design credit packs ($29)

Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Credits consumed by generated renders are not refundable. A proposed policy to refund the pack once five or more renders have been generated is under review and is not in effect.

DIY Garage Organization

Refundable in full before the plan is delivered. After delivery, the fee is credited toward Signature within 90 days instead of refunded.

Signature and Complete

Refundable in full before the plan and quotes are delivered. After delivery, the fee is non-refundable because the work has been performed.

White Glove planning payment

Refundable in full before the planning phase begins. Once concept renders or the feasibility review have been delivered, the payment is non-refundable and remains credited toward our fee if you proceed within 6 months.

Products and contractor work

Governed by the retailer’s and the contractor’s own policies; we help you with returns and disputes as part of your project.

Email hello@garagereframe.com or ask in the Studio. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
