BeforeSignature Makeover
Signature result — cleaned, organized, same walls and floor. Concept render on a sample garage — not a completed customer project.
Cleanout, hauling, shelving, bins and a practical system. Walls and floor stay as they are.
The Signature is a practical organization makeover. We plan the layout, line up a cleanout and junk-removal crew, select heavy-duty shelving and bins, arrange delivery and installation help, and set up a labeled system you can keep up. The garage stays fundamentally the same — no paint, no new floor, no new lighting — it just finally works.

Garage Organization
Organizers run $60–$75 an hour in Contra Costa and Alameda counties; a planned two-car organization project with new shelving and bins typically totals $900–$3,000.
Garage Cleanout & Junk Removal
Bay Area haulers price by truck volume: roughly $400–$600 for half a truck and $600–$1,100 for a full truck (2025–2026 published averages, before East Bay surcharges). A labor-only cleanout of a two-car garage runs $250–$600.
Shelving & Storage Installation
Heavy-duty steel shelving units run $100–$300 each; overhead racks $150–$300 per 4×8 ft; track and slatwall systems $25–$200 per section. Installer labor is typically $60–$100 an hour in the East Bay.
Signature Makeover FAQ
Will you change my floor or walls?
No. Signature is intentionally an organization makeover. If you want paint, flooring or cabinets, the Complete package is built for that.
Who do I pay for hauling and installation?
The hauler and installer quote and bill you directly. Our fee covers the plan, the product selection and lining everything up.
Is Garage Reframe a contractor?
No. Garage Reframe is a design, planning and organization studio. For work that requires a license — painting, floor coatings, garage doors, electrical, HVAC — we introduce you to licensed, insured contractors who quote and bill you directly, and we keep the plan, selections and milestones organized in one place.
What does the service fee cover?
The design and planning work: layout and zone planning, concept renders, product selection with current prices, quote preparation, sequencing and your Studio project record. Products, hauling, installation and contractor work are separate and billed by the provider.
