BeforeComplete Transformation
Complete result — painted, floor refinished, cabinets and slatwall, original lighting. Concept render on a sample garage — not a completed customer project.
Signature plus painting, flooring, cabinets and — if you want it — a new garage door.
Complete adds the finishes: fresh interior paint, a refinished floor (epoxy or polyaspartic), cabinets and slatwall, and the option of a new garage door. We design the whole room, gather quotes from licensed painters, floor-coating specialists and door installers in your territory, and sequence the work so the floor cures before the cabinets land. Lighting stays as it is unless you ask for an upgrade.

Garage Cleanout & Junk Removal
Bay Area haulers price by truck volume: roughly $400–$600 for half a truck and $600–$1,100 for a full truck (2025–2026 published averages, before East Bay surcharges). A labor-only cleanout of a two-car garage runs $250–$600.
Shelving & Storage Installation
Heavy-duty steel shelving units run $100–$300 each; overhead racks $150–$300 per 4×8 ft; track and slatwall systems $25–$200 per section. Installer labor is typically $60–$100 an hour in the East Bay.
Garage Floor Coatings
Installed floor coatings in the Bay Area typically run $6–$10 per square foot for a polyaspartic system and $4–$8 for epoxy — roughly $2,400–$6,000 for a 400–600 sq ft two-car garage. Heavy repair, moisture mitigation and custom patterns cost more.
Interior Garage Painting
A two-car interior garage paint job in the East Bay typically runs $800–$1,800 with a licensed painter, more if walls need drywall repair or the ceiling is included.
Garage Cabinets & Workbenches
Prefab steel cabinet sets (Husky, NewAge, Gladiator) run $700–$3,000 for a wall; custom or premium modular lines run $200–$500+ per running foot installed.
Garage Door Replacement
An insulated 16×7 steel double door installed typically runs $1,800–$3,000 in the East Bay; full-view glass, wood and custom carriage doors run $4,000–$10,000+.
Complete Transformation FAQ
Epoxy or polyaspartic?
For East Bay garages that get real use, we usually recommend a polyaspartic topcoat over an epoxy base: faster cure, better UV stability, less hot-tire pickup. The cost guide explains the trade-offs.
Can I keep my lighting?
Yes — Complete keeps your existing lighting by default. Ask and we will add fixtures to the plan with a licensed electrician.
Is Garage Reframe a contractor?
No. Garage Reframe is a design, planning and organization studio. For work that requires a license — painting, floor coatings, garage doors, electrical, HVAC — we introduce you to licensed, insured contractors who quote and bill you directly, and we keep the plan, selections and milestones organized in one place.
What does the service fee cover?
The design and planning work: layout and zone planning, concept renders, product selection with current prices, quote preparation, sequencing and your Studio project record. Products, hauling, installation and contractor work are separate and billed by the provider.
